Do customers need to download an app?

No. The card goes straight into the phone's wallet: Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android.

Does the cashier need special hardware?

No. Any phone with a camera works. They open a link and enter their PIN.

What happens after the trial?

The trial ends after 5 days or your first 10 customers, whichever comes first. New sign-ups pause until you subscribe, and existing customers keep collecting stamps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are non-refundable and run to the end of the term.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include 5% VAT.

I have more than one branch?

The Growth plan supports extra branches. For chains we have Enterprise with a single invoice.
